Inspiration

From the beginning of our life, we have been listening to stories, even when we don`t know what to listen for, in our culture mothers love to sing for their children, she loves to tell stories to her kids. Stories that teach us, that motivate us and over time we look for stories that inspire us, that fuels us, or have the content to drive our will. We never actually thought about why we like such stories more than any other. I believe We are actually trying to find our broken pieces in these stories, in order to fix our own self. In all this, there are some stories that relate to our being and they become our favourite ones. But after some time we don`t even recall them. These stories inspire us only for a definite time and everything becomes dull after a certain point. This happens to everyone and all this is a never-ending process. It's all because the inspiration was only passive in nature. We were never actually part of those stories, we only listen to them, we fancied about becoming the lead in those stories but we never really inculcated them into our lives.

What does inspiration actually mean? If we are looking for the definition then, It is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something creative or it can also mean a feeling of enthusiasm you get from someone or something, which gives you new ideas. But from my perspective, it is to be in tune with the magnificent presence of a higher self with you, where you are inspired by everything and attached to nothing. We can get inspired by observing waves, their never-ending passion to touch the shores and repeat the process again. Waves don`t get tired, that`s exactly what we should do. We should work with the same undying passion. Great things can be achieved with such passion. In order to become inspired you need to observe your surroundings. Opportunities to become inspired are happening all the time. Moments of inspiration do not actually make sense by common logic. 

Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility, and transform the way we perceive our own capabilities. Inspiration transcends us to a moment of clarity and awareness of new possibilities. It's better to take immediate steps the moment you feel inspired. If you feel inspired to do social work or any other just do it, don`t just wait. Waiting will never do any good to you. When you are inspired, you discover yourself as a greater person than you ever imagined. Don`t waste that moment. 

Inspiration is not earned. Your investment of time and effort prepares you for inspiration, its the greatest gift for us. Don`t waste your time to impress people, try to inspire them.
